Adel founded blueVisions more than 14 years ago and founded the Australian based Institute of Management more than 8 years ago with a vision to work with a trusted, senior team to deliver exceptional results for every client. Today that vision underpins the company's exceptional performance for an elite client list.
Adel is a recognised expert Facilitator, Trainer, Management Consultant and in Contracts & Project Management including Dispute Resolution. Adel has worked extensively with both the public and private sectors since 1985 (30 years ago) on investments worth up to $3 billion individually.

Michael has over 14 years experience of project management consulting including project management capability improvement initiatives, process development and delivery of large scale technical and business projects for both Government and private sector clients.

Tasia Hutama - Senior Associate Director

Tasia Hutama

Tasia has nearly 20 years experience in the construction industry as a specialist in project planning and controls for water treatment, building and infrastructure projects. She is highly skilled in time management, development of high-level strategies for project implementation, detailed development and analysis of project schedules and development of master schedules with close monitoring and reporting of progress to all levels of management.

Ron Turner - Project Director and Project Manager

Sean Blunt

Ron is a highly experienced Project Director and Project Manager with a proven track record within the commercial and facility construction sectors, including major hospital projects in recent years. He also has in depth experience in property development, building and contracts management working for major contractors and client representatives on private and government projects. He has won recognition for his work as the Design Manager for City of Sydney - Council Capital Works Projects and as the Senior Project Manager on the Sydney Town Hall Refurbishment Project in which he won a Heritage Council of Australia award.

Lou has over 26 years senior program and project management execution experience across various sectors. Elliot Rossbach

Elliot has worked in Asia and the Middle East since 2008, bringing with him his expertise and formal education in management, cross-cultural communication, training, and linguistics. He has taken on leadership positions in the development of multi-million dollar partnerships between the US government and private sector in Indonesia, consulted on FMCG marketing strategies in Asia, created professional training programs in the renewable energy sector as well as language training courses for the government of Saudi Arabia.

Andrew Gadd - Legal Counsel - Indonesia

Andrew Gadd

Andrew is the BlueVisions Legal Counsel based in Jakarta, Indonesia and provides corporate/commercial counsel to BlueVisions business units and BlueVisions clients in Australia, Indonesia and the UAE. Andrew thoroughly enjoys building strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice to clients and BlueVisions business units, and assisting clients develop corporate strategies and programs. Andrew also has experience preparing and presenting client seminars. Andrew is strongly committed to his own personal development and he continues to attend both legal, commercial advisory, and corporate management seminars on a regular basis. He is also currently completing advanced Indonesian Language studies in Indonesia.

Afifa Loutfie - Senior Trainer - Indonesia


Afifa has over 9 years of experience as an English language trainer and English for Business Communications lecturer with versatile capabilities. Other than teaching a wide range of levels of English courses, she has also taught subjects that require students to sit an international English for Business examination held by the City & Guilds examination board based in the UK. She is a highly cooperative and dynamic person who enjoys working as part of a team.

Professor Adrienne has comprehensive experience in practitioner managerial & leadership roles in Human Resource Management in both the private and government sectors, including as Acting Director and Vice President, Office of Human Resources United Arab Emirates. She has held teaching and consulting positions in colleges and universities in the U.S.A., Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, MENA, India and the United Arab Emirates. Katherine Brenton - Senior Trainer - MENA

Katherine has delivered training and teaching courses for the past 6 years and is an expert in delivering professional training to teachers and professionals. She has a DELTA course qualification and has worked in the USA, Russia, UK and UAE. Katherine has a BA from the University of Lincoln, in Politics and International Relations. She takes pride on being approachable especially when it comes to delivering training to professionals and is well organized, motivated, cheerful and helpful.

Brad is the backbone of the RTO Administration and Coordination. His role is to ensure that everything to do with training is recorded, managed and stored in the appropriate systems for overall RTO compliance, as well as student support responding to questions relating to logging onto the student portal, uploading assessments and course details.
