Course Objectives

This two (2) day course equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to analyse their workforce and develop strategies to match demand for staff in line with business requirements. Participants will be presented with a strong foundation of workforce planning including an in-depth view of the steps associated with strategic workforce planning. Modern methodologies, approaches and techniques will also be examined.
